Once
again we have seen a tremendous turnout for Whitehead's
annual Celebrity Charity Day. Unfortunately the
weather was not very kind but that did not deter
anyone, everyone entered the spirit of the occasion
and we had a great number of celebrities who played
in the competition. Many thanks go to Gene Fitzpatrick
who organised the celebrities each year, his help
and that of all the celebrities is greatly appreciated.
The entertainment on Sunday night was tremendous
the whole clubhouse was singing and laughing into
the early hours. This year we managed to raise
£6,000 which brings our total ove three
years to nearly £25,000, well done everyone.
